Did you know that half of all ministers starting out will leave the ministry within five years?  Did you know that only 1 out of every 10 ministers will actually retire as a minister of a local congregation?  If you know and love someone who has said, "Yes!" to this broken and beautiful way of life, please send them this short film created by SALT for the Pension Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
