Free Film for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Here’s a free film for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, pulling together evocative moments of archival footage from the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.

No doubt Dr. King would want us to remember and celebrate all the people who made the march possible —inspiring us more than half a century later to keep working, marching, and fighting for jobs, freedom, equal rights, liberation, inclusivity, and a world in which Black lives truly matter.

We wanted to make this labor of love available for congregations and individuals everywhere, so download it here (look for the download button just below and to the right of the film) and share it far and wide: in worship, on social media, on your website, with your family and friends. Let freedom ring!

Peace,
The SALT Team
