easter 1963

On Easter weekend, 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. sat in a Birmingham jail and reflected in writing on the power of Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection.  We think this short film, created by the folks over at Steelehouse Media Group, beautifully expresses the mystery and the power of the cross through the poetry of King’s own words.

If your church is media saavy, you might wanna show it on Sunday!
